'Briyani legend' Hussain Baig Developed his secret briyani recipe and began selling from home.
His rich and flavorful briyani became popular in the town of Ambur and he began cooking for Larger gatherings and weddings

Hussain Baig’s son Khurshid Baig began selling his father's famous recipe in the town bazaar due to hight demands
Khurshid Baig opened a small diner in the busy town bazaar and named it khurshid Hotel, which is still present today

Nazeer Ahmed, Khurshid Baig’s son in law opened Rahamaniya Briyani in the bazaar, which is still present today
Muneer Ahmed, Nazeer Ahmed’s son following his family legacy opened Star Briyani on the Chennai - Bangalore National Highway

Star Briyani recevied serveral awards for best briyani, nation wide recongnition and lot of media coverage
Anees Ahmed, opened the first Chennai outlet in Vadapalani
